Belt speed alone does not define throughput. Product spacing, dimensions and feeding patterns affect hourly output. Higher speed can also affect transfer points and the receiving capacity of the next machine.
Belt width, line length, speed and frame construction should be assessed together. The suitability of PVC, PU or rubber depends on the product, temperature, surface contact and cleaning method.
